Sunrise Warriors Fitness Boot Camp

Sunrise warrior is a 6 week fitness course, 5 mornings a week, the group will be small, so it will be more personal and beneficial to you as you will see more direct results.

Each week will change, but will include High intensity intervals, strength and conditioning work, and bag drills, including warm ups and warm downs.
